    >The exact contours of these silhouettes undergo continual change as the pitches gradually depart from the original spec trum finally transforming into noise as they grow increasingly inharmonic.     I doubt Grisey's Prologue follow a similar spproach of La Légende d’Eer/Jonchaies in some way. (leave the visual of LLdE, and Gamelan ingredient of Jonchaies aside) A crescendo-decrescendo process, finally reach to its climax. This kind of form could be directly sensed in an acoustics level, also somewhat like a sonological emergence as DiScipio once described.
