For a major label like DG, they should have their own separate way of working with those streaming platforms. So it's highly likely that the glitch issue of track7 was really a problem with the original engineering file. I really don't know what happened to DG's pipeline that would cause such an error, and been unnoticed by everyone. It's safe to assume that this release hasn't even been reviewed by a master engineer who should check the whole release.
I've never been in any music industry, but I think my guess is largely correct. Well, major labels are a mess. It's ridiculous, lol.
